How do I get Zoom to visit with Santa?
To use Zoom all you need to have is an internet connection – broadband wired or wireless, speakers and a microphone, and a webcam or HD webcam.

We highly recommend doing a Zoom test prior to your Virtual Santa Visit. It’s a great way to learn how to use Zoom and ensure your technology meets all the requirements. To complete a Zoom test, please visit the following link http://zoom.us/test.
How will I receive my Zoom link?
You will receive a Zoom link from our marketing team to the email address provided 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled Virtual Santa Visit.
Can Santa visit with more than one child?
Yes, more than one child can visit with Santa at a time. We ask that you let us know the number of children and their names when purchasing your spot.
How is this visit personalized?
During your checkout process, you will be asked a list of questions including children’s names and what they want for Christmas. This information will be provided to Santa prior to the visit.
How long does Santa visit with the children?
You have ten minutes to visit with Santa. It’s his busiest time of the year and has many other children to visit with this year. In addition to doing your Zoom test, we suggest signing into your Zoom meeting 10 minutes prior to your visit with Santa. Don’t forget to have all your questions for Santa prepared and ready beforehand.
Can I record my Virtual Zoom Visit?
No, we are not offering recorded Zoom calls at this time.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
No refunds or credit will be given for a missed or late arrived Zoom visit. If Santa encounters technical difficulties, CVSR will work with you to reschedule the visit.
