Sit back and relax on this 1.5-hour train ride through Cuyahoga Valley National Park on CVSR’s caboose car!
Historically, the caboose housed trainmen in the mid-1800s in the back of the train. This train car provided shelter and an easy exit door for the train crew. The crew had to deboard to inspect the train at different stops.
CVSR’s caboose has a fully-functioning, wood-burning stove and a cupola (an outlook point in the car that you can climb to view the train/tracks from a high vantage point).
The caboose can sit up to 10 people and has new cushioned chairs for extra comfort.
