Our customer service and ticketing team is at our main boarding stations at the following times:

Akron Northside Station

Wednesday – Sunday: 10 – 11 a.m. and 2 -3 p.m. (Saturday Only)

Rockside Station

Wednesday – Sunday: 8 – 9 a.m. and noon – 1 p.m. and 4 – 5 p.m. (Saturday Only)

Peninsula Station

Wednesday – Sunday: 9 a.m.- 2 p.m.

Saturday: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Donation Requests:

As a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization, Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad relies on ticket sales, foundation and corporate support as well as individuals to help raise the critical dollars needed to maintain our mission. Due to the overwhelming requests for donations, CVSR is no longer able to accommodate requests.
