OFFICIAL UPDATE: Train Rides Canceled through April 30

Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad has canceled all train rides from March 13—April 30 due to COVID-19

For the safety and health of passengers, staff and volunteers, all Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad (CVSR) train departures have been canceled as of today (March 12) until April 30. CVSR feels a responsibility to the community and we believe the appropriate response to prevent the spread of COVID-19 is to cancel train rides.

To all passengers who purchased advance tickets for March 13 – April 30 train rides: CVSR will issue an exchange, gift certificate reimbursement or refund. To receive an exchange, gift certificate reimbursement or refund contact customer service at . If you would like to support the railroad at this time, please consider donating your tickets back to CVSR. Due to the high volume of calls and emails our customer service office is expecting, please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

We will adjust our operational plan as additional information becomes available from the CDC and State Leadership.
