Special Buffalo Trace bourbon earmarked for 19 NE Ohio charities

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Nineteen Northeast Ohio non-profit groups want you to toast them with some very good bourbon soon.

That’s because they are among the 400 beneficiaries across the country selected to receive Buffalo Trace Distillery‘s charitable offering of limited-edition bottles. The bottling is from the distillery’s 6 millionth barrel of bourbon.

The Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is aged 10 years, 11 months, and packaged in a numbered collector’s-edition hardwood box, which includes a piece of the charred oak stave from the historic barrel.

The 375ml bottles – the smaller size allowing for more charities to take part – are scheduled to be shipped by the end of August. They are not available in stores.
