How to Redeem Your Gift Card
- Online: Choose the ‘gift card’ option at checkout and enter the code on the back of your card. Do not include spaces.
- Phone: Notify the ticketing representative that you are using a gift card and they will enter the code you read back to them.
- Walk-Ups: Present your gift card to the ticket agent at the station for payment.
Gift cards can be used for any ticketed excursion from any of our main boarding locations (Peninsula and Akron) and are valid for five years from the date of purchase. All gift card sales are nonrefundable.
Gift cards can not be used for memberships, on-board concessions, or merchandise.
