Hiking
Ohio and Erie Canal Towpath: Peninsula to Boston Mills
A perfect hike for all skill levels with views of the river. Hike the Towpath north to Boston and reboard the train (2.5 mi one way).
Deep Lock Quarry
Hike south to Deep Lock Quarry (about 1.75 mi round trip to see Lock 29 and Deep Lock – add 1.5 mi for loop trail to Quarry). This trail is primarily used for walking, bird watching and nature trips.
