Guest Appearance and Special Surprise
While on board, children write a letter to Santa, pouring out their hearts' desires. Plus, they get see the North Pole Postmaster deliver the letter directly to Santa's mail box! And grownups. . .don't tell the kids, but the "man in red" is likely to make a guest appearance ON the train with a special conductor's whistle as a gift to each child.
