The main CVSR boarding stations include the Akron Northside Station, Peninsula Depot, and Independence Station. Passengers can board or exit at various stops along the railway from Akron to Independence. Our customer service office is located at the Peninsula Depot and is staffed seven days a week from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Free parking is located near the boarding stations. We ask that passengers arrive at the train station 45 minutes prior to the listed departure time to allow time for parking, traffic, and weather conditions.

Where are your boarding stations? What are the hours?
The Rockside Station and Akron Northside Station will be open for one hour prior to departure times. The Peninsula Depot will be open 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on days the National Park Scenic train ride is running.
Is there parking at the stations?
Parking is free at all of our boarding stations. We recommend you arrive to the train station 45 minutes before the train departs to ensure time for parking, traffic and other unforeseen weather conditions.
